PMAS HPX MAF Wiring

I have attached a .RAR file that contains and XDF and BIN file that can be used to copy the scale. The scale is for a 2.75" inner diameter pipe. It is crucial to measure the inside diameter as there is a 15% difference between 2.75" and 3.00" which matters a lot for accuracy. Most 3" intercooler piping has a 0.125" wall which results in the 2.75" ID, however, you should still measure. If your dimensions are different, here is the PMAS spreadsheet where you can download and input your data. I made life easy and set up the spreadsheet to allow you to highlight all 256 cells and copy right into tunerpro.

PMAS       Stock (only applies for 3-wire MAFs. Standard on all xi's and up to 09/02 for E46)

Red (Pin 6)            Red (Power)

Brown (Pin 5)       Black (Ground)

Black (Pin 4)         Bridge with the black wire above

Blue (Pin 3)           Yellow (Signal)

The two grey wires are not used. Please reference the images in the "Adapter harness" section if your colors are different.

To leave the stock wiring untouched, you can make an adapter using a Bosch 3 pin EV1 male connector. If you cannot find any online, an E46 CAMshaft position sensor harness from the junkyard will work fine.
THERE IS A LITTLE HUMP ON THE CONNECTOR SO IT CANNOT BE PLUGGED IN WRONG. KEEP NOTE OFWHERE THAT IS (Circled in Red)
